Beiko Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Beiko, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Beiko is operated by CuPod Inc., a Delaware C Corporation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Beiko. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or impersonate any person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post objectionable, offensive, or abusive content

Harass, threaten, or bully other users

Share sexually explicit or violent content

Impersonate others or create fake profiles

Use the app for any illegal purpose

Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the app's features

5. Zero Tolerance Policy

Beiko has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations will result in immediate account termination. We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action including permanent bans.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content you grant CuPod Inc. a license to display it within the app. You are solely responsible for content you post and its legality.

7. In-App Purchases

Beiko offers consumable in-app purchases (Sparks) for friend connection purposes. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms. Purchased Sparks are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. SMS Terms (Beiko hang texts)

Beiko (CuPod Inc.) sends text messages ("Beiko hang texts") to people who opt in on a hang's web page at go.beiko.app. Texts come from (650) 334-0348. By opting in, you agree to receive texts from Beiko about the hang you joined and invitations to other Beiko hangs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end all texts from Beiko (reply START to resume). Reply HELP for help, or email team@beiko.app. Reply OUT to leave a hang and IN to rejoin it. Texts are not a condition of using Beiko. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy at beiko.app/privacy, under "Text Messages (SMS)".

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

10. Disclaimers

Beiko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee you will meet anyone through the app or that any connections will result in friendships or relationships of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuPod Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
